How to use RefWorks with PsycInfo (Webinar)

PsychInfo the primary resource for Psychological Information and RefWorks the most popular bibliography management and paper formatting software.

To join the webinar, do the following:

Approximately ten minutes before the webinar click this link>> Join Lync Meeting.

If you have Lync installed, and you have used it before, it will open and add you to the webinar.

If you don’t have Lync installed, click on the link above, and it will open in your web browser, or copy and paste this:  into your web browser (Safari, IE or Chrome).

1. Enter your username as, and your password. These are the same credentials used for MyQ, Email, Blackboard, etc.

2. If prompted to, download, run and allow the Web App plugin. If you have an option to always allow the Web App Plug-in from this domain, check it to avoid needing to allow it in the future.

3. If prompted use your computer for the audio.

4. Click join to join the meeting.

5. Ensure that your audio is working and that you can mute or unmute yourself and that you can hear others. For assistance using Lync, including adjusting your audio, please see the tutorials here
