This workshop is for Information Services staff and Librarians who need quick communications and structured online meetings. Discover features of Microsoft Lync such as presence awareness; text, audio, and video chat; file transfers; desktop and content sharing; virtual whiteboards; and full online collaboration and conferencing technologies.
