To join the webinar, do the following:
1. Approximately ten minutes BEFORE the webinar copy and paste this URL into your web browser (Safari, IE or Chrome):

2. Most attendees will be prompted to enter their name as a guest. (Note: If you have Lync installed on your computer enter your QU username as username@quinnipiac.edu and your QU password and skip the next few steps.)
3. If prompted to, download, run and allow the Web App plugin. If you have an option to always allow the Web App Plug-in from this domain, check it to avoid needing to allow it in the future.
4. If prompted, use your computer for the audio.
5. Click Join to join the meeting.
6. The librarian will greet you by voice or instant message when you join. IF you CAN’T hear her through your computer, join the audio portion of the call by dialing the following number and when prompted, entering the conference ID followed by the pound sign (#):
