In this workshop you will learn how Microsoft Lync allows for both quick communications and structured online meetings and classes using audio, video and text. Discover features such as presence awareness, audio and video chat, file transfers, desktop and content sharing, virtual whiteboards, and full online collaboration and conferencing technologies.
