Are you...
• Interested in exploring strategies for engaging all students in learning STEM concepts?
• Wondering how to cover course content while at the same time incorporating themes surrounding diversity?
• Curious about simple strategies for making course activities and assessments more inclusive?

We will explore all of these questions and build community across our disciplines this summer in our workshop, titled Enhancing Inclusivity in STEM Classrooms: Exploring Challenges, Opportunities, and Strategies.

This workshop, facilitated by Jeff Schinske of De Anza College, will include concrete examples to apply in our courses, interactive exercises, and opportunities to share strategies with colleagues.

Meals will be provided. All faculty from the STEM disciplines (Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering and Physics )and at all stages of development are welcome!

As a thank you gift, all attendees participating in the 1 ½ day workshop will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
