This workshop is geared towards clinical faculty often teaching in challenging settings with learners at multiple levels, from different health professions backgrounds, and with different learning goals. This 2-hour session will provide you with a framework for asking questions that will help you better evaluate your students and residents. The more information you are able to gain about your learner, the better your teaching and feedback. Objectives: By the end of the 2-hour session, faculty will be able to:
1. List the different levels of questions used in teaching
2. Ask the appropriate level and types of questions to learners based on their learning needs
