This workshop will highlight current initiatives by the Department for Cultural and Global Engagement that impact diversity and global learning. Presenters will discuss examples of programs that employ writing as a tool for reflection to achieve greater cultural competency, and others that focus on innovative collaboration and online global learning. The final segment will include an interactive exercise on cultural awareness, incorporating a written reflection on different cultural values, with ample opportunity for discussion and questions.
