How to use RefWorks with ProQuest Webinar

Presented by the Arnold Bernhard Library

Join us to learn ProQuest the library’s most popular database and RefWorks the most  popular bibliography management and paper formatting software

This session is open to faculty/staff, graduate and undergraduate students. This session is not open to law students.

Library Webinars are conducted using Lync Web App. To join a webinar, do the following:
1. Approximately ten minutes before the webinar, click the following link or copy and paste it into your browser. Please do not use Firefox. Chrome, IE and Safari are supported.

PC Users:

Mac Users: 


2. Sign-in
1) Enter your name.
2) Click Join or Join the Meeting.
3) If prompted, download, run and allow the Web App Plug-in. If you have an option to always allow the Web App Plug-in from this domain, check it to avoid needing to allow it in the future. 
4) If prompted, use your computer for the audio.
5) Click Join or Join the Meeting.
3. Participating in the Webinar
The Lync Web App is very easy to use. Here are some helpful hints:
• Be certain to set up your audio and video and to mute yourself when you are not speaking. For assistance on how to do this, see the Audio Conferencing tutorial under Lync Web App here: 
• Use the Messages feature to ask questions via text during the webinar.
• Use the Pick a Layout icon in the bottom right corner of the Lync Web App to find the best view for you.
