"How to Walk the Talk: A Guide for Unit Leaders and Managers on Valuing Diversity"

Do you know your leadership blind spots? In the book, Blind Spot: Hidden Biases of Good People, researchers describe the neuroscience behind the hidden biases that we all carry. Learn techniques to “outsmart” the brain that makes unconscious perceptions about social groups – perceptions that can shape a leader’s judgment about people’s character, abilities, and potential.

Sessions will be offered on Monday, February 24th:

10 AM-12 PM AC 120 Burt Khan Court, Mt. Carmel Campus

2-4 PM MNH 101 Auditorium, North Haven Campus
