  "What is Privilege and Coded Language? Moving from Awareness to Action"
 
  Peggy McIntosh, Ph.D., associate director of the Wellesley Centers for Women at Wellesley College describes privilege in her groundbreaking essay,White Privilege: Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack. We all enjoy some form of privilege as an unearned advantage over others viewed as having fewer advantages. Learn to unpack privilege and the language that can come with privilege when we are addressing inequalities and creating safe spaces for all.

Sessions will be offered on Wednesday, March 12th:

10 AM-12 PM Student Center 225, Mt. Carmel Campus

2-4 PM MNH 223 Collaborative Classroom, North Haven Campus
